Product vision board

Every company, especially startups, needs to have a clear product vision and strategy in order to guide their efforts and focus their team. Roman Pichler has created a product vision board to help new startups identify their product vision, even if they don't have a lot of data on their customers. The board is designed to be concise and avoid unnecessary details, such as user stories, personas, and design sketches, in order to help startups stay focused on their overall goals.
