Transcript

Welcome to this tutorial on using Notion for travel planning. My name is Francesco and today I'll be showing you how I use Notion to plan and organize my trips. First, I'll show you my layout for a trip to Barcelona that I took for work. As you can see, I have a cover photo of Barcelona at the top of the page and the dates of my trip as well as the Spanish flag. In the left-hand panel, I had an integration with Google Calendar and Google Maps that allowed me to see locations around my conference location. I also have a travel itinerary at the top of the page that I exported to PDF and shared with my family. In the middle of the page, I have documents like my coach and flight information as well as insurance documents for the trip. At the bottom of the page, I have a checklist of things I need to bring on the trip. Next, I'll show you my layout for a personal trip to Bath in the UK. This layout is similar to the one for my trip to Barcelona, with a cover photo at the top of the page and the dates of my trip as well as the UK flag. I also have an itinerary at the top of the page and documents in the middle of the page. In this case, I have train tickets and accommodation information. At the bottom of the page, I have a checklist of things I need to bring and a list of places I want to visit while in Bath. I hope this tutorial has given you some insights into how to use Notion for travel planning. Thank you for watching.
